Aaron Sour, PhD
Aaron has over 9 years of experience as a firefighter and has two years experience managing collision center operations. Aaron has his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has over 15 years experience in human factors, safety management systems, quality assurance, and crew resource management. He has several publications and professional presentations focusing on emotional states impacting error rates, positive thinking, and generational differences towards crew resource management practices.
He has owned and operated small businesses for 4 years, and holds his private and UAV pilots license. In his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Greg Downer
Greg Downer brings over eight years of expertise in managing and operating a vehicle manufacturer (OEM) repair-certified automotive and heavy-duty collision center. With a deep understanding of the collision repair industry, Greg is well-versed in the intricate anatomy of both automotive and heavy-duty vehicles. He holds certifications in high-voltage vehicle repair and has played a pivotal role in educating insurance providers on the specific requirements for electric vehicle (EV) repairs.
In addition to his automotive expertise, Greg has a strong interest in aviation. He is a certified private pilot and drone pilot. Outside of his professional pursuits, Greg enjoys spending quality time camping with his family and maintains an active lifestyle as a Level 4 USA Hockey Coach.
